Know before you go!

With a lot of the focus on restaurants and food industry businesses during these lockdowns, we have had many customer inquiries on what jewelry retailers are doing or required to do during this time.

We want your experience to be safe and stress-free! It’s the holiday season, after all. And despite things being a bit different this year, we will continue to do our part in keeping our space COVID free while still providing the same fantastic customer service we always have.

On Sunday, Jay Inslee released new regulations around reducing the spread of COVID-19. In-store retailers are now required to reduce the number of customers within a space to 25% capacity over the next four weeks and continue safe social distancing and sanitation requirements. What does this mean for you?

J Rankin Jewelers will continue to comply with these regulations, and below are just some of the things we do every day to keep you and our staff safe while you shop for the holidays.

REDUCED CAPACITY
We are only allowing six customers at a time in the store and will continue to offer appointment scheduling. Walk-ins will still be welcome, but if we have reached our limit at the time of your arrival, you may be waiting in the rain. The easiest way around this is to schedule an appointment. Stay dry and get the attention you need when you enter the space.

MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR STAFF AND CUSTOMERS
Keeping the mask on during your appointment is one of the best ways to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We require masks when you enter the space, so please be sure you have one with you before you enter.

HAND SANITIZER WILL BE AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE SPACE
We understand you will want to touch the jewelry or try it on if possible. Hand sanitizer will be available for you to use throughout the space so you can enjoy trying the jewelry on or getting a closer look at each item and our friendly staff will help you as you look through our selection.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY APPROVED CLEANING PRODUCTS
After each appointment, all touching points and surfaces will be frequently wiped down with sanitizer. We disinfect surfaces and equipment with Environmental Protection Agency-approved cleaning products.

PROPERLY TRAINED STAFF
We have trained our staff in proper hygiene practices and the use of workplace controls to keep you safe.

SOCIAL DISTANCING
We will continue to practice sensible social distancing, maintaining six feet between co-workers and customers, where possible.

CURBSIDE PICK UP AVAILABLE!
As an additional service to protect our customers, we offer a curbside pickup option.
